Refund for Technical Issues

A refund will only be considered in the rare event that a significant technical issue on our end prevents you from accessing a purchased course or attending a live seminar.

Verification Required: Any refund request based on a technical issue must be submitted to our support team.
Team Verification: Our technical team will investigate and verify the reported issue. A refund will only be approved if the issue is found to be on our platform and cannot be resolved in a timely manner.
Exclusions: No refund will be issued if the technical issue is related to the user's personal internet connection, device, software, or any other factor outside of our control.

Event Cancellation by Gyan Ganga

In the unlikely event that Gyan Ganga must cancel a scheduled live training seminar or consultancy session, a full credit will be issued to you for the value of your purchase. This credit can be used toward any future course or service offered by Gyan Ganga. We will notify you of any such cancellation as soon as possible.
